Recommended length of stay	The recommended length of stay is 2 - 2½ hours.
Your arrival	Follow your booking directions as our classroom is situated at the EXIT.
Accessibility	Wheelchair & disabled access is provided throughout the attraction.
Parking/ Drop off	Free car parking is available in our carpark. Bus drop-offs are available opposite our attraction. Under road access is available.
Cameras	Cameras are permitted however the use of flashlights or spotlights, in the direction of our animals, is prohibited.
Food & Beverages	A range of refreshments is sold at our kiosk located in Stingray Bay, or you are welcome to bring your own.
