The Antarctic Room
Home to New Zealand’s only sub-Antarctic penguins, this unique backdrop of blue and white is the ideal space for your next launch or presentation. Keep an eye on the action in the penguin enclosure via our 103” screen or take a closer look through the viewing windows while sipping cocktails.
Audio visual equipment is set up ready for use – including a 103” plasma screen, 2x 32” plasma screens, DVD player, sound system and a microphone.

Stingray Bay
Stingray Bay, in the heart of Kelly Tarlton’s, is the perfect setting for a cocktail function or a sit down dinner. Named after the open top pool filled with long-tailed rays, Stingray Bay offers an awe-inspiring look at the gentle giants. This expansive space also offers panoramic views of the city through the ocean windows.

The Oceanarium
A world first, the 110 metre transparent underwater viewing tunnel brings guests face to face with sharks, stingrays and thousands of fish from New Zealand’s coastal waters. Hop on the moving walkway and enjoy the view - this is the ideal space for cocktails and canapés.

Fish Alley
Mingle amongst crabs and critters from New Zealand’s rocky shores and sub-tropical regions. See everything from crayfish to seahorse, octopus to piranha and moray eels. You can literally grab the canapés straight out of the water - but there’s no need – we’ll put you in touch with chefs that can tantalise the tastebuds of your guests.

Panasonic Aqua Cinema
The Aqua Cinema seats 63 and is available for presentations, private screenings or can act as a break out room. Audio visual equipment is set up ready for use –including a 3.1Wx1.7H metre projector screen, sound system, DVD player and laptop connections for plug and play.

Seminar / Boardroom
The seminar meeting room is ideal for any small corporate meeting requirements, holding a maximum of 12 people. Audio visual equipment including a DVD player, 40” plasma and an electronic whiteboard is included in the room as well as a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Education Room
An underground classroom by day, this space can transform into a function space by night. Retractable walling allows a variety of function sizes to be catered for with a seamless flow through to Fish Alley, featuring rocky shore and sub-tropical species.
The AV set-up includes 2x projectors and DVD players and a sound system. A microwave and fridge/freezer is available for heating and storing food as well as basic tea and coffee facilities.
