Animal Adventures

Kelly Tarlton’s Animal Adventures provides the opportunity to get up close and personal with our incredible marine life. 

Our once in a lifetime experiences include cage-free shark dives with the feared legends of the deep, snorkel and scuba safaris through the Oceanarium,  taking a dip to hand-feed our giant rays, or try our newest adrenaline activity - Shark Cage, which is available for a limited time only. 

If you're looking to kick-start your dive adventures, our Discover Scuba adventure provides you with PADI-recognised training in an environment where you're guaranteed clear water and plenty of fish. 

Experienced guides and small groups guarantee a fun, memorable and personal encounter. We will team you up with our experienced dive professionals to guide you every step of the way. They have a passion for marine life, a wealth of knowledge and a focus on conservation - so you're in good hands! 

Each person (or their parent or guardian) who wishes to participate in our Animal Adventures must read the terms and conditions and check the criteria for participation for each individual program. No refunds will be given if you arrive for your program and do not meet the criteria. 

All equipment is supplied, but please bring swimwear for under your wetsuit, a towel and fully enclosed footwear.

Bookings 

Bookings are essential for all encounters. Places for Animal Adventures are limited and can be pre-booked online now or by telephoning reservations on +64 9 531 5065 or 0800 80 50 50 (free phone within New Zealand).

Refund Policy 

• No refunds will be given for participant cancellation seven days or less of the booked event date
• Animal Adventures bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment
• No refunds will be given if you arrive for your program and do not meet the criteria for partcipation or are not deemed medically fit to participate. It is your responsibility to read the medical declaration, terms and conditions and criteria for participation prior to arriving.
• Under circumstances out of the control of Kelly Tarlton’s where an Animal Adventure has been cancelled or curtailed, participants are entitled to rebook the encounter, obtain a full refund, or choose to do an alternative Animal Adventure at a reduced rate of 25% off
